I was pretty picky and got a few sticker shocks along the way. J helped me navigate every step of this process with ease. When the time came to put in an offer, I wasn't nervous or scared as we had gone through all of the steps previously. He also helped explain to me simplier things like setting up the water or getting home owners insurance. Selling of the home entailed three senior citizen beneficiaries with distinct personalities, IT challenges and living in different states. We called J. He was at the house the next day and what a positive experience. He wanted to hear about us and the history of the house. Instantly he was well liked. I can say J. Hunt's skills are in his tone of calmness, patience, organization and IT. He new everyone's fears. We were comfortable and active during conversations. He provided verbal and update messages and gave kudos to each of us. J's strongest attribute is his commitment to himself to give all that he can. Not let anyone down. He interacted with others on our behalf in order to resolve some of the challenges. J. acted as the focal point for the closing. We were in the loop at all times. James was attentive, detail oriented and kind throughout our whole process. He was always available to answer questions and give thoughtful recommendations. Throughout the touring process he continually looked out of our best interests and made sure we ended up somewhere we loved. James even got us a sweet card and plant which we appreciated so much! Hunt went above and beyond from start to finish. He communicated with all of us the entire way and offered us several options to choose from at each step. With his guidance, we were able to get our family home cleaned out and ready to sell. In a short period of time the house sold. We were very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and his thoughtfulness in helping us find a new owner to bring new memories to our late mom's home.
